Orders & Delivery
All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Typequick. The purchase and usage of Typequick Online is subject to acceptance of the Typequick Online Licence Agreement.
Orders placed for Online subscriptions will be fulfilled via return email once payment has been approved. Orders for CD or USB products will be dispatched within 2 business days of payment being approved. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by Typequick as soon as possible.
Typequick will deliver the goods you order to the street address or Post Office Box you specify in your order. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Typequick to be authorised to receive the goods.
If there is no-one at the delivery address to receive the order, Typequick may charge you additional delivery fees.
Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.
Online Cancellation and Refund Policy
When you buy an online subscription to Typequick for Students or Typequick Professional, your purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If within 30 days of purchase you have not attempted more than two lessons and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will cheerfully issue a full refund. We have millions of satisfied users worldwide and are confident that at the completion of the program you will be a competent touch typist. This policy does not apply to Typequick for Students and Typequick Professional programs sold on CD or USB, please refer to the Typequick 30 day Guarantee.
Returns & Refunds
All product returns are subject to Typequick's Returns Policy which forms part of these terms and conditions.
Prices & Payment
For each online order you must pay the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by Typequick and the delivery and handling fee specified on the web site.
Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to Typequick is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet.
For online orders we can only accept payments made by Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard or Paypal. Payments must be cleared funds in our bank account before we will dispatch goods.
